- Sparkling & Champagne – from King Valley prosecco to Louis Roederer 'Collection 242' Champagne.
- White – Pinot Grigio, a Riesling field blend from Orange, Sauvignon Blanc from Hawke's Bay and Marlborough, and Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.
- Rosé – from the Limestone Coast and France.
- Red – Barossa Shiraz, Tasmanian Pinot Noir, McLaren Vale Grenache, Italian Sangiovese and a Margaret River Cabernet Merlot.
- Moscato – for something light and sweet.
